From application to weekly discussion.

A simple path for parents and students: apply, talk, get placed, read, and meet online in a group of 3-4. English is primary, with local-language support when possible.

1

Apply

Tell us about the student's interests, age, and availability.

2

Fit call

We speak briefly with the student or parent to understand readiness and fit.

3

Placement

We group students by interest, level, and schedule.

4

Intro session

The mentor introduces the text, expectations, and reading rhythm.

5

Four weekly sessions

Students read, prepare questions, and discuss the text in a small group.

Before

Read a short selection. Mark confusions and questions.

During

Discuss with the mentor and group.

After

Reflect, connect, and prepare the next reading.

Curiosity, steadiness, and care.

Curiosity, steadiness, and willingness to read carefully. Students do not need polished answers.

Small groups work best when students are willing to be confused out loud and keep thinking anyway.
